The Role: Country Manager UK
As our Country Manager UK, you’ll lead the commercial expansion of ScreenOnDemand in the British market. You will establish and grow the local business, develop partnerships with major media agencies and advertisers, and represent one of Europe’s most dynamic AdTech scale-ups.
You will have full ownership of the UK market — from go-to-market strategy to revenue generation and team growth.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and business operations across the UK market.
Build relationships with key agencies and advertisers (e.g. GroupM, OMG, Publicis, Dentsu, IPG).
Develop and execute the UK commercial strategy aligned with European HQ.
Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements.
Manage revenue forecasts and ensure target delivery.
Recruit, lead and inspire the future UK team.

What You Bring
5+ years’ experience in digital advertising, AdTech or programmatic media.
Proven track record in building and managing client relationships with agencies and brands.
Strong understanding of the media ecosystem and digital trading.
Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on sales leadership experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
