Assignment Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Legal Operations.

What You Will Work On

• Support and optimize legal operational workflows
• Manage and improve Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes and systems
• Coordinate and drive legal operations projects
• Work with case management systems and legal service-related payments
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (legal, business, finance)
• Contribute to development of automation and AI-based legal solutions
• Support Privacy Program initiatives and operational activities
• Ensure high-quality delivery across legal projects and initiatives

What You Bring

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Legal Operations
• Experience from international organizations or large law firms is preferred
• Good understanding of legal processes, contract management, and corporate governance
• Ability to bridge business, legal, and technical requirements
• Proven experience delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to make independent decisions based on risk assessments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with focus on continuous improvement and efficiency
