We are looking for an experienced R&D Project Manager

• Lead R&D projects through the Product Development Process (PDP)
• Plan project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
• Balance scope, cost, time, and quality to ensure successful outcomes
• Identify and manage risks proactively
• Drive stakeholder alignment and report project progress
• Foster strong team collaboration and team spirit
• Ensure project goals are met within defined targets

What You Bring:

• Experience managing medium to large R&D or product development projects
• Background in engineering (BSc or MSc, preferably Mechanical Engineering)
• Experience in industrial product development
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage risks and drive delivery in complex environments
• Solution-oriented, flexible, and results-driven mindset
• Fluent English communication skills
