Small & Medium Business Account Executive – HP

We’re currently recruiting on behalf of HP for a motivated SMB Roadrunner to join their team, based either at HP’s local office or from home.

This is an exciting opportunity to represent a global tech leader and gain hands-on experience working directly with HP. As part of HP’s FY25/26 initiatives, HP is launching the SMB Roadrunner program in Sweden, designed to strengthen relationships with partners and help grow HP’s Premium product range in the SMB market. The role includes travel across Sweden to meet partners and resellers.

As the SMB Roadrunner, you will support partner engagement, training, and sales activation activities throughout Sweden, focusing on SMB resellers. You’ll play an important role in helping HP achieve its goals in the PC Premium and AI product categories across the Nordics.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual who enjoys working with people, learning about new technology, and building strong business relationships. In this role, you’ll engage with HP’s partners, resellers, and distributors. Both remotely and face-to-face, helping them understand HP’s latest products and tools.

You’ll be comfortable using digital systems and CRM tools to record activity, track progress, and share useful insights. You’ll also be quick to learn about HP and Intel’s product offerings and be confident presenting them to partners.

We value initiative and curiosity, so we’re looking for someone proactive, ready to identify new opportunities, reconnect with partners, and support different campaigns as needed. A car allowance is provided to cover travel expenses. Key Responsibilities:

· Support and engage HP’s Power and Synergy partners through regular meetings and training.

· Help deliver product training and assist with new product introductions.

· Participate in end-user meetings (in-person when needed).

· Support marketing and activation campaigns, including SPIFFs and webinars.

· Represent HP and Intel at partner IT events and trade shows.

· Ensure good geographical coverage and maintain regular partner contact.

· Track and report key activities and results.

Qualifications:

· Some experience or strong interest in sales, marketing, or partner management.

· Interest in HP’s products and the IT/tech industry.

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Willingness to travel within Sweden.

· Fluent in Swedish and English.

· A valid driver’s license and access to a car (a car allowance will be provided).
