As we continue scaling, we are looking for an Implementation Engineer who wants to work at the intersection of AI, infrastructure, and real-world impact.

About the Role

As an Implementation Engineer, you will work forward-deployed with our customers. For Intric to deliver real value, our platform must be deeply integrated into our customers’ existing infrastructure. That is where you come in.

You will work directly with customer technical teams to understand their architecture, deploy our platform in secure environments, and build custom integrations that make our AI capabilities part of their daily operations.

This is a highly hands-on, technical role with direct customer impact.

What You’ll Do

• Support the sales process by providing technical expertise to prospective customers
• Deploy and integrate Intric within complex enterprise environments
• Build custom integrations and solutions tailored to specific customer needs
• Work closely with customer engineering teams to ensure secure and scalable implementations
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve the platform based on real-world deployment insights

Who You Are

You enjoy solving complex technical challenges and working directly with customers to turn requirements into production-ready solutions.

You:

• Have 2+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
• Are comfortable working with enterprise infrastructure, APIs, and integration patterns
• Thrive in technically demanding environments where problem-solving is key
• Communicate clearly and confidently in English; additional European languages are a plus
• Have a genuine interest in AI and how it can solve real business problems
• Are willing to travel when required to support customers

Must-Haves

• Proven experience deploying or integrating software within enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of APIs, system architecture, and integration best practices
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive implementations independently
• Professional fluency in English
