Doula/newborn childcare work in Värmdö

Doula Position – Stockholm’s International Nanny Agency

Stockholm’s International Nanny Agency is currently recruiting an experienced and reliable doula for a long-term position with a family based in Värmdö.

Position Overview

• Child/ren: Newborn
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Duration: Long term
• Location: Värmdö

Responsibilities

• Overnight care for the newborn
• Supporting sleep routines and sleep training
• Support with bottle feeding, changing diapers, soothing etc
• Light chores in the house
• Support with daytime or afternoon care

Schedule & Hours

• Initial Period: As soon as possible
• Ongoing: Full time
• Typical Hours: To be discussed

Additional Details

• Language Skills: Fluent English (Swedish is a plus, but not required)
• Applicants must have a valid driver’s license

Candidate Requirements

• Experienced with newborns
• Fluent in English
• Reliable, active, creative, and able to commit long-term
• Flexibility
• Previous experience with overnight care and newborn routines
• Someone in their mid-20s or older

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Clear background check and strong references
• Flexible availability and a nurturing attitude
