You will work as a Software Engineer within steering gear, with a focus on translating and maintaining software requirements towards suppliers in an automotive environment. The assignment includes structured requirements work and keeping key requirement and signal/diagnostics documentation aligned with ongoing refinements and technical debt activities.

• Create and update Carweaver structures for project work
• Update SSDS and SDB to reflect changes related to refinements, technical debt activities and feature updates
• Perform software engineering activities related to base tech deviations, ensuring compliance alignment with internal stakeholders

• Knowledge of Carweaver for software requirements management (mandatory)
• Steering knowledge or knowledge of other mechatronic systems
• Supplier management knowledge
• Fluent English

• Carcom (SSDS) – diagnostics requirements
• Elektra – signal database
• Experience from Volvo Cars
