HSE Engineer

Develop, implement, and monitor HSE management systems in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.

• Ensure compliance with Swedish Work Environment Authority (Arbetsmiljöverket) regulations and EU environmental directives.
• Conduct detailed risk assessments for construction, installation, lifting operations, electrical works, and commissioning activities.
• Oversee HSE compliance during wind, solar, or grid infrastructure installation projects.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and review method statements, safety plans, environmental management plans, and permit-to-work systems.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with project-specific HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering teams, and regulatory authorities on safety and environmental matters.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks.
• Develop emergency response and environmental protection procedures.
• Support sustainability targets and environmental impact mitigation aligned with renewable energy objectives.
