Assignment Overview

We are seeking a Senior Consultant

What You Will Work On

• Lead and coordinate phase-out initiatives for engine and transmission platforms.
• Develop and maintain structured project plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
• Manage risk identification, mitigation strategies, and deviation handling.
• Ensure industrial readiness and controlled ramp-down of production systems.
• Secure spare parts commitments and aftermarket obligations.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between:
• R&D
• Production & Logistics
• Purchasing
• Aftermarket
• Finance
• Prepare decision-making materials and present to steering committees.
• Ensure structured handover to product maintenance organizations.
• Safeguard quality, compliance, and financial alignment during decommissioning.

What You Bring

• Senior project management experience within product development or R&D environments.
• Preferably experience within powertrain systems or other complex technical platforms.
• Strong competence in risk management and structured governance.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders in industrial environments.
• Experience with industrialization, production, and/or aftermarket processes is highly meritorious.
• Ability to operate strategically while maintaining operational control.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
