Data Technician

At Foxway, we offer various Tech solutions with circular services, ranging from leasing to directly purchased units. During the warranty period, we take care of all service and repair on the devices. When a unit has done its part with that particular user, we take the units back for more superficial servicing and refurbishment to recreate a new life for the unit, creating circularity and added value.

About the role

In this role, you will be a key person in repairing and maintaining the physical infrastructure of our computers and other technical hardware. You will be responsible for repairs, installation and testing, and work closely with our internal teams as well as suppliers.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring high quality towards our customers and you will gain a unique insight into the circular process - an excellent opportunity for personal and professional development.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, problem-solving and thrives in a dynamic environment. You are creative and innovative, and have a strong passion for both technology and sustainability.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Documented experience of working with hardware and exceptional experience of Service & Repair or other experience the employer considers equivalent
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively with both external and internal partners
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in both Swedish and English (written and oral)
• Technical training and/or certification is a merit
