Assignment Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager

What You Will Work On

• Lead investigations and industrialization projects in assembly, testing, and verification
• Build and manage project teams; plan, coordinate, and follow up on resources, budgets, and schedules
• Implement and prepare equipment and processes for production
• Manage procurements and supplier coordination related to projects
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation measures
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Maintain structure and drive progress in projects despite ambiguity
• Solve technical challenges and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Proven project management experience
• Experience in production or industrial processes is an advantage
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Flexible, proactive, and able to work in fast-paced, changing environments
• Engaged, motivated, and able to lead self and others effectively
