Graphic Designer Packaging and Digital Assets (Remote)

Company context

VNT-001 AB is a Sweden-based operating company that builds and owns multiple brands across biotech/public-health products (institutional/B2B) and consumer health (supplements). The company runs a shared internal team and shared infrastructure across brands including manufacturing, packaging, regulatory coordination, logistics, and go-to-market execution. One biotech/public-health platform has fulfilled a ~$6M U.S. state-level contract for large-scale distribution of a public-health testing product. All work is internal and there is no client or agency work.

Short role summary

You will design production-ready packaging systems and core digital assets across both consumer supplements and public-health products. The work is execution-heavy including dielines, print files, revisions, and asset systems that stay consistent across SKUs and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Produce print-ready packaging files including dielines, specifications, prepress-ready outputs, and packaging proofs
• Build scalable packaging systems across SKUs including templates, hierarchy rules, and consistent structure
• Create core digital assets including product pages, email assets, sales decks, one-pagers, and guidelines
• Manage revision workflows tied to regulated copy including ingredients, instructions, claims boundaries, and localization
• Maintain version control including clean file management, naming conventions, and release readiness
• Coordinate with printers and packaging vendors to ensure timelines, proofs, and handoffs land

Required skills / experience

• 3+ years of design experience with shipped packaging and real products in market
• Strong layout and production discipline including typography, hierarchy, error checking, and consistency
• Familiarity with print workflows including proofing, materials constraints, and barcodes or labels
• Comfortable designing in regulated or information-dense categories where precision matters
• Fast iteration without chaos including clean files and dependable handoffs
• Clear communication including tight questions, crisp briefs, and accurate final delivery
