Operations Manager a key leadership role in a growing global company

Huhnseal AB is a Swedish company that develops and manufactures mechanical seals for the modern process industry. From our site in Landskrona, we design, test and produce high- performance sealing solutions for customers worldwide. Our products support a broad range of industries including pulp & paper, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, mining, general process and offshore. With a long tradition of innovation and customer-specific OEM solutions, Huhnseal is entering an exciting growth phase.

We are now looking for an experienced and driven Operations Manager to join our headquarters in Landskrona. In this role, you will have full responsibility for manufacturing, assembly, warehousing and distribution at our sites in Sweden and Germany. You will ensure that a lean, efficient and motivated organization delivers in line with production plans, quality standards and budget. As a key member of the Huhnseal Management Team, you will work closely with the CEO and contribute directly to the company’s strategic direction.

Main responsibilities

• Lead and develop the manufacturing teams, supporting line managers across assembly, production, warehouse and purchasing.
• Initiate and drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, assembly, warehousing and logistics.
• Manage budgeting, reporting and operational planning.
• Secure a smooth, cost-efficient and timely production flow that meets customer expectations.
• Ensure effective staff management across departments.
• Guarantee that manufacturing equipment is maintained at the highest level.
• Carry full responsibility for Health & Safety within manufacturing.

Your background and profile

We believe you have a solid manufacturing background within mechanical industries. You bring experience from leadership roles and have a proven track record in continuous improvements and change management. You hold a relevant university degree, communicate fluently in Swedish and English, and enjoy working in an international environment.

As a leader, you are dynamic, structured and customer-focused. You navigate complex situations with a calm, forward-looking approach and have the ability to inspire teams, build engagement and drive results. You combine strategic “helicopter view” thinking with a hands-on mindset when needed.

We offer a permanent position based in Landskrona, with start according to agreement. You will join a company in an expansion phase, where your contribution will have a direct and visible impact. The role includes some travel.
