Digital Communicator: Improve Adoption of IT Infrastructure Services

As part of the Digital Transformation of the Volvo Group, there's a resounding call for enhanced communication and coordination from our [IOS] Infrastructure and Onsite Services organization. We're on a mission to empower our stakeholders, facilitate transformation, and optimize IT infrastructure services by bridging the gap with our stakeholders. In early 2022, we established the TACC Team to make this vision a reality. Our motto is simple but powerful: “We create value by enabling Volvo Group to optimize the usage of our IT Infrastructure Services”. How do we do it? By guiding our stakeholders through the maze of IT infrastructure services and providing them with the right information at the right time. The TACC Team is the driving force behind the promotion of our IT Infrastructure Services, managing information, stakeholders, and communication channels. We aim to create a comprehensive picture of all IOS's plans and deliveries for the Volvo Group. “TACC” is an acronym that stands for: * Transformation: support the [D&IT] Digital & IT transformation with our IT services * Adoption: secure added value by helping users embrace and use our services * Coordination: build the consolidated picture to coordinate stakeholders’ interaction * Communication: inform our stakeholders and users and keep them aware We’re currently targeting four different audiences: * the D&IT community (including all D&IT Managers and the full IOS organization) * the D&IT application teams using our Application Infrastructure Services * the Business infrastructure representatives (including the roles of Business Infrastructure Managers and Onsite Leaders) * the IT end-users, when impacted by our IT infrastructure services The team is working together as one around the consolidated plan, with each member focusing on different target audiences. Currently, we are seeking a dynamic individual with strong communication skills and relevant experience to join us and target the D&IT application teams. Would you just love to... * Be a key member of the TACC Team with a special focus on the Application Infrastructure portfolio. * Consolidate information from key projects and initiatives, connecting with project managers and service leaders from the IOS organization. * Produce communication material (mostly using Microsoft PowerPoint) and support projects/initiatives in providing high-quality information to the IOS business representatives. * Host information sessions (using Microsoft Teams) and support projects/initiatives in providing high-quality information to the D&IT application teams. * Work with IOS Service Leaders to improve the consumer experience and service catalog quality. * Collaborate with IOS employees to coordinate the activities to be executed by the D&IT application teams, to ensure smooth service implementation and changes. * Work closely with other members of the TACC Team to support and enhance our “My IT Delivery” concept.  Who are you? * Advanced English (C1 level) * Strong communication skills (including M365 and especially PowerPoint and SharePoint) and experience in change management are essential. Be able to develop communication strategies that support the TACC Team goals. * Stakeholder management, collaboration and negotiation skills are key to success in this role. * Organized and structured, with the ability to coordinate and plan change management activities, to quickly adapt to changing circumstances, handle ambiguity, and adjust communication strategies accordingly. * Knowledge of IT Infrastructure Services and familiarity with best practices in IT service management processes are a plus, giving you the ability to understand technical topics through questioning skills, and to craft impactful communication materials that effectively convey these complex messages. * Continuous improvement mindset, actively seeking new ideas and opportunities to enhance our communication strategies and practices * Team player, with a sense of humor. You’ll help guide stakeholders, produce impactful communication materials, and drive adoption of our services. Also, you'll have the opportunity to expand your network and visibility within the Volvo Group D&IT community. This role offers a unique chance to learn and contribute to the IT infrastructure services of today and the future as part of the Volvo Group Digital Transformation.
