Project Manager, Packaging & Logistics

You will lead a key workstream focused on packaging solutions for inbound materials in a next-generation robotics manufacturing environment. The goal is to make sure packaging supports safe and efficient internal flows while meeting operational, cost, sustainability, and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will work closely with teams across sourcing, logistics, production, and sustainability. You will analyze current supplier packaging setups, identify improvement opportunities, and turn them into practical actions that can be implemented in the production environment. • You will lead and drive a packaging-focused project workstream for incoming materials.
• You will assess current supplier packaging solutions and identify opportunities to improve flow, safety, and cost-efficiency.
• You will work closely with stakeholders across sourcing, logistics, production, and sustainability to align requirements and priorities.
• You will help ensure that packaging solutions support internal logistics and operational needs in the new manufacturing setup.
• You will drive implementation together with suppliers and internal sourcing teams.
• You will balance a strategic overview with detailed analysis and hands-on follow-through.

• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong understanding of purchasing and/or logistics processes.
• Experience working with supplier collaboration and implementation projects.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into clear action plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.

• Experience from manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Familiarity with EU sustainability regulations such as CBAM, EUDR, and PPWR.
