Senior QA SME / Test Strategist

We are looking for a Senior QA SME / Test Strategist for a strategic consulting assignment within an international organization in robotics and intralogistics. You will act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, helping ensure quality assurance is structured, effective, and embedded early—so solutions meet the right quality level before reaching end customers.

The focus is on long-term quality enablement through methodology, governance, and frameworks rather than operational test management. You will work in a technically advanced, international setting with strong emphasis on automation and complex system deliveries.

• Act as an advisor and sounding board on QA strategy and testing direction
• Develop and continuously improve test methodologies, processes, and ways of working
• Ensure testing is integrated early in the project lifecycle
• Support the establishment and further development of QA frameworks
• Identify risks in delivery and integration phases and propose mitigating actions
• Help ensure quality assurance activities are completed prior to customer delivery
• Contribute to improvement initiatives based on lessons learned
• Support the organization in increasing QA maturity over time

• Minimum 10 years of experience in QA, testing, and quality assurance
• Proven experience developing and implementing test strategies
• Experience establishing or evolving QA frameworks
• Strong expertise in test processes, methodologies, and quality governance
• Experience working in complex system environments (e.g., automation, industrial systems, intralogistics, or similar)
• Ability to operate at a strategic and advisory level rather than in a purely operational capacity
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical and structured mindset
• Experience working in international organizations

• Experience from integration-intensive environments
• Experience in technical or industrial domains
• Academic background in Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
