Salary: Fixed monthly salary of SEK 30,000 gross

About the position

We are looking for a responsible and self-motivated employee for a combined cleaning and reception position, where you will be the sole employee on duty during your shifts. The role is central to daily operations and requires the ability to work independently, take responsibility, and make decisions in accordance with established routines.

The position involves overall responsibility for both guest service and the day-to-day upkeep of the hostel environment.

Duties and responsibilities

• Reception duties including check-in and check-out of guests

• Guest service on-site, via email, and by telephone

• Handling bookings and payments in the booking system

• Cleaning of rooms and common areas according to established routines

• Quality control of facilities and reporting of maintenance needs

• Ensuring order, comfort, and safety within the premises

• Independent responsibility for the work shift without colleagues on site

Qualifications

• Experience in service, reception, hotel, or similar roles

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

• Basic computer skills

• Good command of the English language (additional languages are an advantage)

• Service-minded and solution-oriented
